Schedule:

Week of January 22nd:

  1. Start organizing Quiz Night

    1. What games are going to be played

    2. How the room will be set up

    3. Who is going to supervise the event

    4. Put up signs towards the end of the month

    5. Start making questions

    6. Give proposal for night to Johnson

Week of January 29:

  1. Determine date/time for trivia night

  2. Go over funds accumulated in the prior year

  3. Check in with supervisor

  4. Determine prize for trivia night

  5. Continue to brainstorm how the night will be organized

Week of February 5th:

  1. Reflections for our bake sales

  2. Trivia night proposal to Ms. Johnson

  3. Second meeting with Mr. Rabinowitz

Week of February 12th:

  1. Meet with Peter

  2. 40 questions for trivia night

  3. Assign academic categories to members

  4. Speak to soccer club about hosting trivia night on the specific thursday

Week of February 26:

  1. Meet with Peter

  2. 50 questions for trivia night

  3. 20 questions for finalists

    1. Discussion of how rounds work, how questions are divided

4. Request projector for trivia night

Week of March 5th:

  1. 50 questions for finalists

  2. Begin formatting questions

  3. hang up posters for trivia night around the school (monday)

  4. Create Posters

  5. Third Meeting with Rabinowitz

Week of March 12th:

  1. Bonus questions for finalists

  2. purchase food and drinks to sell at event

  3. Continue formatting questions

Week of March 19:

  1. Go over all questions, determine double point questions, finalize prizes

  2. Fourth Meeting with rabinowitz, smooth our order of events, structure

  3. Create tickets to sell

Week of March 26:

  1. Purchase Prizes

  2. Print out tickets and cut them out

  3. Find opening for bake sale

  4. determine future bake sales and next trivia night.

Week of April 2nd (Spring Break)

  1. Begin creation of website

  2. Evaluate plan for advertising

  3. Create More tickets

Week of April 9th:

  1. Have 5th meeting with Mr. Rabinowitz

  2. Sell tickets

  3. Create second poster

  4. Being writing reflections

Week of April 16th:

  1. Hold final bake sale

  2. Finish Website

  3. Continue Selling Tickets

  4. Hang up Secondary Posters

  5. Go over money accumulated

  6. CAS Night

Week of April 23:

  1. Sell final tickets

  2. Trivia night Practice in cafeteria

  3. Hold Trivia Night - take pictures

  4. Final Reflection
