Rabinowitz Meeting #3

During this meeting, we have discussed more about our questions and how Trivia night will be laid out. When discussing the questions, there were some faults in how we presented the question itself. We found that in order to make the questions test the competitor’s knowledge, we had to remove the multiple choice aspect and make them into fill in the blanks. Some of us had to replace a few questions because many would not know the answer. We did discuss the possibility of using a projector and how it would be used as of a result. As a group, it was decided that the easiest option would be to hand out papers with the questions because it would make the event less hectic. We realized that if we did use the projector, that it would be difficult to show the screen to the whole room - especially to those who are sitting in the back. The tickets and the fliers to post through the school and social media for advertisement was finalized by Mr. Rabinowitz.
