January:

  1. Start organizing Quiz Night

    1. What games are going to be played

    2. How the room will be set up

    3. Who is going to supervise the event

    4. Put up signs towards the end of the month

    5. Start making questions

    6. Give proposal for night to Johnson

Week of January 22:

  1. Determine date/time for trivia night

  2. Go over funds accumulated in the prior year

  3. Check in with supervisor

  4. Determine prize for trivia night

  5. Continue to brainstorm how the night will be organized

Week of January 29:

  1. Reflections for our bake sales

  2. Trivia night proposal to Ms. Johnson

  3. Second meeting with Mr. Rabinowitz

February Week 1:

  1. Meet with Peter

  2. 40 questions for trivia night

  3. Assign academic categories to members

  4. Speak to soccer club about hosting trivia night on the specific thursday

Week of February 5:

  1. Meet with Peter

  2. 50 questions for trivia night

  3. 20 questions for finalists

  4. Hold third meeting with supervisor Mr. Rabinowitz

    1. Discussion of how rounds work, how questions are divided

  5. Create design for trivia night/ visit homeless shelter for pictures for poster

  6. buy/create event tickets

Week of February 12:

  1. 50 questions for finalists

  2. Begin formatting questions

  3. hang up posters for trivia night around the school (monday)

  4. Print posters

  5. Request projector for trivia night

Week of February 19:

  1. continue to sell tickets

  2. Bonus questions for finalists

  3. purchase food and drink to sell at event?

  4. Begin selling tickets

  5. Continue formatting questions

Week of March 5:

  1. Continue selling tickets

  2. Go over all questions, determine double point questions, finalize prizes

  3. Meet with rabinowitz, smooth our order of events, structure

Week of March 12:

  1. hold trivia night

  2. take pictures

  3. go over amount earned

  4. determine future bake sales and next trivia night.

Week of March 19:

  1. Hold bake sale/ raffle such as Giant cookie raffle

  2. Have 4th meeting with Mr. Rabinowitz

  3. individually reflect upon experience with trivia night

  4. begin to create posters to promote donation of food for city harvest in school
